Akylah is a dual-licensed attorney admitted to practice in the states of California and Washington. Graduating as the youngest in her class from the University of Idaho Law School, Akylah successfully passed both state bars in just over a year. Her dynamic legal career began with a focus on immigration law, where she represented families facing deportation and handled various immigration-related matters. She was registered by the Executive Office of Immigration Review to appear before federal immigration courts.

Expanding her practice over the years, Akylah joined the tight-knit team at The Law Office of Kevin Lemieux, APC, to focus on in family law and data privacy litigation. With over five years of legal experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to her current role.

In her family law matters, Akylah is deeply committed to advocating for individuals and families. She handles a range of cases, including dissolution, paternity, child custody and visitation, child support, and restraining orders. Akylah approaches each case with compassion, dedication, and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.

In addition to her work in family law, Akylah is co-counsel with Swigart Law Group, LLC, representing clients in data privacy law and consumer protection matters. Akylah represents clients in class action lawsuits, civil lawsuits, and arbitration proceedings.
